No help from Kensingtons website. It looks like there is a little reset button on the inside to resync it, but no way to know how to use it. the "instructions" were on a piece of about 1.5" x 2" paper and effectively communicated the fact that the scroll wheel will glow red when the batteries are running out. (and nothing else) All in all, this mouse is a complete waste of time, i should have heeded my instincts and purchased a logitech nano. I already have two for work and i am quite happy with them) rather than purchasing this one in an attempt to save a few bucks. I cannot comment on how it performs (as it didn't) but i can say that the plastics seem significantly cheaper than the microsoft mice or the Logitech mice. Rating: 1 / 5 Mouse was Dead on arrival. Besides, its USB so it takes up a USB slot and hangs out the side of the macbook increasing the possiblity of damage.
